What these sites do is that they will let you look at resumes but they will take the names of the prospects out; THAT OK. Look for candidates in your area and start cold calling.
For this approach to succeed, you need to set the frame. You’re looking to expand your team and you need people who are determined, coachable and have a will to succeed. Let them know that you might take them and that you might not, which is true because the fact is that you don’t want anyone on your network marketing team.
Ask them about their dreams and goals and if you like them, tell them that they will need to do a face to face interview in order for you to accept them in your network marketing team.
